JENSEN C. VASIL Jensen graduated from Wentworth Institute of technology in Boston, Massachusetts in June 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. During college, he interned at Brown University and L.S Walsh Architects in Providence, RI. Jensen moved to Hoboken, New Jersey upon graduation in 2000. In NYC, Jensen worked with sole proprietor Jonathan S. Foster R.A. on interior commercial design and high end residential projects in Manhattan and the Hamptons. After September 11th, 2001, Jonathan and Jensen worked on a Vision for a "New World Trade" which was featured in the Max Protetch gallery in NYC. Jonathan and Jensen were co- winners of the 2001 CAD Cup award presented by the Boston Society of Architects for the project. After working with Jonathan Foster, Jensen worked as a consultant to Frederick Goldberg PC in Rego Park, New York. During this time, Jensen was exposed to a wide variety of projects within the five boroughs including a significant amount of complex projects involving obtainment of certificate of occupancies and resolution of projects with zoning and building code violations. Through this experience Jensen became intimately familiar with NYC City Planning and Department of Building codes and procedures. Jensen became a Registered Architect in his resident state of New Jersey in 2005 and opened Jensen C. Vasil Architect PC in August of the same year. He added licensure in New York shortly thereafter. The firm has been involved in a wide variety of projects since it's inception including condominiums, condominium conversions, single and multi-family residential, retail and commercial projects. + About us + Services
